Velcro Fatigue Tester Principle
The test principle of the hook and loop fastener repeated fatigue testing machine: the hook and loop fastener (velcro tape) is repeatedly peeled and pasted. After a certain number of times, the test piece is cut into a 75×20mm sample, and the roller itself is rolled. The weight of the sample is rolled to make it fit evenly, and then the adhesive force (AS) and adhesive strength (PA) are measured with a tensile testing machine. Sampling requirement: length is 520mm. Result judgment: observe the adhesive force and adhesive strength after repeated peeling and bonding.
