五.the test steps:
1. The sample is parked in the laboratory environment for more than 8 hours.
2. Intercept three zippers with a length of ≥75mm.
3. Start the power of the tension machine and set the speed to 300mm/min. The sample device is placed between the upper and lower clamps, and the device should be aligned with the pinch portion of the fastener element and the clamp.
4. Start the tensile test button. Start the test and test until the tooth is removed or the tape is broken. Record the maximum tensile force during the test.
5. Test each sample at least 3 times and take the average as the final result.
六.Calculation or judgment of results:
Flat pull strength (kg) = maximum pull force (kg) * 25mm / tensile machine clamp width (mm)
